#8 - Utterly speechless.

Good evening people.

There's an event in GE today.. The name of the event is just about as lame as your mother's orgasm (Just kidding). It's called "It's Sheol Happening". Really nothing much to say about that. So the purpose of the event from the GE website is that "Sheol is growing impatient" and because he lacks attention from players but who the fuck wants to do such a difficult and Vis/GP hungry raid such as Sheol?. So the main purpose of the event is for the players to have a death spree with it. The players were supposed to keep dying and let the GM mass resuscitate us and take away half of Sheol's health tickle Sheol for an hour. The venue was at Snowfield of the Ice Wizard, easily accessible from The Frozen Plains.

I thought it was gonna be Sheol, alone. But no, it came with a massive spawn of mini-bosses such as Vergo the Cursed, Diablo, King of Greed and Frogfish. The most notable bosses there were mainly Sekhmet, Queen of Valkyrie, Tempest and Lavaleaf/Lavarif. Lots of people gotten attractive loots from these bosses, mainly Recipe - Dragon Heart (DHR) and several Lv. 100 items. (Congratulations to NN, who gotten a DHR from the Frogfish!). The fight continues.. Not to mention the incredible lag that came with it..

Just look at that.. Crazy.

Tempest.

He looks pretty cool though. It's my first time encounter with Tempest.

Photobucket
Just look at this madness. I couldn't survive at all.

Not to mention, with incredible lag, comes a screen, "Sir, you've been served, please QQ for 10 minutes."

Here comes the main event, Sheol the unbeatable.

82AR and 87DR when buffed with his Evil Buff. It can be cancelled with Whole Cancellation, the Ultimate Skill in the Darkness stance's library. Even so, with 77AR/DR alone, he's still practically unbeatable. 1 whole hour, trying to "tickle" Sheol was pretty much a fail. There was a GM wandering around the place, mass resuscitating the fallen families. Even with the most imba families in the fight, Sheol's life bar remains intact and did not even move a single bit. Damages from Sheol that I saw ranged from 100k - 500k. Overkill much? More screenshots..

Death all around.

It's too tall. You can't even see your damage. The range is so small!

Poor Mini.

That's all for the Sheol part. We (Rembrandt) reached the time limit of 1600hrs and Sheol disappeared. That's it. No souvenirs, everyone returned a non-virgin (Meaning, we got raped pretty hard, with no lube). We thought this was it, the event finished. But no, the event continues, and even as I speak. The GM summoned Sheol in City of Auch, Channel 1. All of channels, WHY MUST IT BE CHANNEL 1? Wasn't the GM aware that Channel 1 of Auch is a player's marketplace? Where all players AFK and set up their stores there? The GM not only summoned Sheol, but summoned 2 other crazy bosses and then a massive rabbit spawn, to "celebrate" the rabbit year of 2011. More screenshots..

Families getting pwned like mad.

Massacre.

To add insult to injury, the GM summoned Angels (The ever-so-famous Angel Buff) at the Waypoint and then broadcast the message for families to go to Waypoint at Auch Channel 1. Little do they know, the bosses were waiting for the families to come and then give them a surprise-butt-secks. There were definitely families who did not read the notice that Sheol was being summoned in Auch so most of the fallen families were pretty much oblivious. I felt bullied. I did not have fun.

All in all. To summarize this event, the event was solely for the richer and the more powerful players of GE. Well, most of the GM/CC events in GE aren't for everyone. Even the Christmas event wasn't for the lower-leveled players. I feel sad for the new pioneers. Thanks to this event, the rich families will continue to prosper, while we (Including myself), the poor players who are trying to make a living by starting Team Arenas, raiding for loots (Which always gives bad ones) continue to fall. Although, for one, the Sheol fight was very exciting. It's good to see a majority of Rembrandt players coming as one, to fight Sheol. The boss summons before that weren't necessary and the summons at Auch are even less necessary! The event should just be fighting Sheol, and just Sheol itself, not huge fucking spawns of bosses.

The event was practically pointless. I sure hope that this event isn't an encouragement for families to raid Sheol. Today proved that even a massive bunch of families can't tickle Sheol, let alone a squad.

One of the GM said, "Happy Weekend" to the players in GE, right after the event. I have mixed feelings.. After a massacre like that, how can you say that? What was our reward? On the other hand, the GM meant well. But I don't know.. For me, I wouldn't say, "Have a nice day" or "Have a great day ahead" after killing a bunch of people. I would've been called a douchebag or (Inserts random ******).

Well.. To end it all.. I chipped yet, another weapon with lame stats.. FML.

8% ATK, 85% Undead? REALLY? T.T

End.
